Bill Medley is best known as one half of The Righteous Brothers, the pair that brought us 60s classic ‘You’ve Lost That Lovin’ Feelin’ and wedding dance favourite ‘Unchained Melody’. Known as the brother with the rich baritone, it may surprise many to learn that Bill has never performed a live Concert in the UK. This is all set to change however, as he announces an exclusive one-night-only show at Wembley Arena on 24th November.
“It was always my dream to perform in the UK,” explains Bill. “I’ve been performing for 50 years, so now we’ll have the time of our lives at Wembley in November…!”
‘60’s – Unchained And Live’ will also feature the talents of a host of other 1960’s icons: Gary Puckett & the Union Gap are best known for hits such as ‘Young Girl’ and will also be making theirdebut UK stage appearance; Still Drifting featuring Ray Lewis … former lead singer of The Drifters brought us classics including ‘Under The Boardwalk’ and ‘Kissing In The Back Row’, whilst The Foundations are probably best known for their smash hit ‘Build Me Up Buttercup’.
