The Rails hit the road

It’s been a very exciting couple of weeks over here at Rails HQ. Firstly, our record, Fair Warning, came out on the legendary Island Pink label. It was album of the month in Rough Trade (along with a specially recorded EP that you receive if you buy directly from Rough Trade) and got great reviews from major publications such as The Guardian (4/5), The Times (4/5) and Uncut (8/10). You can get the record on Vinyl, CD and download at all good record shops and online.

We’re very pleased to tell you we popped into the Amazon Artist lounge recently and recorded an acoustic EP of 4 of the songs which appear on Fair Warning. You can get that AND watch exclusive video of the session here :

In the next couple of months The Rails hit the road. We’re very pleased to be doing some dates with Paul Weller, Cherry Ghost and Richard Thompson along with some great festivals including Glastonbury where we will play the Park stage on Sunday. We do hope you can make it to one or more of these. Keep your eyes peeled for upcoming headline gigs!
