Chip Taylor: Sex Education success and new album

2016 Songwriters Hall of Fame inductee Chip Taylor has been writing and performing for nearly 60 years and shows no sign of slowing down. The New York Times says it best, “If you only know him as the as the guy who wrote ‘Wild Thing’ and ‘Angel of the Morning” – you don’t know him! Chip Taylor is making some of the most distinctive acoustic music around today.”

In Sympathy of a Heartbreak, his latest in a remarkable string of recent albums, has just been released and is already popular on Spotify, tallying more than 200,000 listens in its first few weeks. It is an intimate and personal record that will connect with fans of folk and Americana music.

Also, just out is On The Radio which ends the second season of the Netflix smash Sex Education (over 500,000 Spotify streams).

In Sympathy of a Heartbreak was co-produced by master keyboardist Goran Grini.
