Jezzebelle – Irish duo kicks folk into the bones of debut dance single

JEZZEBELLE

Irish rhythm n roots duo, Jezzebelle, kick a heavy dose of folk into clubland as they release their new single, ‘All The Stars’ as a fiesty dance collaboration with remixer Chrissy Tignor for a Data Childs remix.  The band, who saw their profile rise when they were finalists in the RTE TV show, ‘The Hit’, will also release the original version of ‘All The Stars’  with powerful extra mixes by Almighty.

Jezzebelle (otherwise known as Katie Carpenter and Gary Burke) have been making a name for themselves on the live circuit for the past few years, garnering praise for Katie’s haunting vocals and Gary’s skilled fretwork. The Dublin band released their debut album ‘Roll A Double’ in 2010, whilst developing their songwriting over the last few years via a variety of singles and EPs, and 2013 saw their profile rise when they were finalists in the RTÉ TV show ‘The Hit’.  Jezzebelle are undoubtedly the products of the live music scene, spending most of their time on tour in Ireland, Europe and North America.  They signed a publishing deal with Allied Songwriters Music and Notting Hill Music in late 2012 and teamed up with US producer, Chrissy Tignor for the Data Child remix of ‘All The Stars’.

All The Stars’ is released on onlinerecords on 21 April
