Cherry enters 2014 with a bang…

We hope here at CherryJam Camp that you all had a lovely festive break and very happy new year. Cherry jetted off to Cuba on the 2nd January for a two week recharge and since she returned it’s been all systems go!

Cherry’s fourth studio album (and fifth release if you include last summer’s EP, Cherry Pickin’), is in full swing and not too far from the finished product. The as yet untitled album will delve more into the country blues sound the EP teased us with, without totally abandoning the smokin’ hot, stompin’ signature barnburners you have all come to love. (Try saying that with a mouthful of Quavers!).
This will be a Spring release, more info as it comes in.

Last month saw Cherry being personally invited by Del Bromham of Stray to guest onstage with them at the Skegness Rock ‘n’ Blues Festival. Cherry is on Del’s latest album Nine Yards where she duets on What Goes Around which is the song they performed, as well as two others. Last weekend saw them reunite again for the Giants of Rock Festival in Minehead. See pics below thanks to Andy Law.
