Apologies that I haven’t been able to send one of these out in a while! I’ve been beavering away during the last few months finishing off my new album, ‘Word Games’ (due to be released Oct/Nov this year!), touring with Seth Lakeman and playing festivals, including my first ever experience of Glastonbury, which was incredible. I was also really honoured last Wednesday to have been given a Fellowship by the lovely people at Hereford College of the Arts during their graduation ceremony in Hereford Cathedral – it was a brilliant and surreal day!
Anyway, now that ‘Word Games’ is complete and slowly beginning to wind its merry way towards your ears, we are now preparing to release the first new single from the album! ‘Red Dog Running‘ will be released on August 12th and is now available to pre-order on iTunes! Just follow this link: https://itunes.apple.com/gb/album/red-dog-running-single/id671883224 There’s about a sneaky minute’s worth of the song there for you to hear too… 🙂
In conjunction with all of this, the ‘Word Games’ tour in November is creeping ever closer! I really can’t wait to take this album on the road! If you’d like to come and see us play, here’s where we’ll be:
